FIRE AS SITE is a collaborative, cross-disciplinary art initiative aimed at thinking with and alongside wildfire in the West as an ever-shifting “site” for agile artistic practice and creative response.

I am currently conducting fieldwork for this project at the outself of fire season in northern CA. 

I am eager to connect with the following resources:
— any brave folx who work with and alongside wildfire, including forestry workers and wildland firefighting teams
— those whose homes or lives have impacted by the fires
— friends (or friends of friends) seeking a reprieve from fire season and need someone to housesit or water their plants!
— any creators working with/around fire
